Elevated Error Rate Accessing the Splunk APM Interface

We have experienced an issue with an elevated rate of errors occurring while using the Splunk APM Interface between 5:32PM and 5:43PM (PST). It has been fixed. During that time, parts of the Splunk APM Troubleshooting experience like the service map, map breakdowns, Tag Spotlight and charts within Splunk APM may be impacted and return errors. Trace data ingest is not impacted. Some customers may see delayed data in those APM Troubleshooting experiences after the incident was resolved while the system caught up.
