Update
Splunk APM will go through a planned maintenance on 11.17.2022 between 4PM PT to 7PM PT. In an effort to ensure robust availability and stability during the holidays, and in anticipation of peak traffic for many of our customers during Black Friday / Cyber Monday, we are proactively rebalancing our span ingestion components in us1. During the maintenance window, there may be delays in the processing of tracing and TroubleShooting MetricSet data, with everything resumed to normal (no data loss) at the end of the maintenance window. For a smaller window of 5 to 10 minutes, spans for the same trace may be processed as two different traces, which will persist even after the maintenance window
