MetricTimeSeries creation was delayed on Monday, July 8th, from 19:58 to 20:12 UTC and from 20:40 to 20:45 UTC. Datapoints for those newly created timeseries was dropped during the degradation windows, until those new timeseries could be created when the service recovered.
